Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use JuniorCourt Advisor.
Last updated 14 October 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of JuniorCourt Advisor, an Australian service that helps parents and coaches choose junior tennis gear, track a player's progress, and keep up with age-matched tournaments.
By creating an account, starting a free trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Accounts are for parents, guardians and coaches, and are not to be created or used by children.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
A parent or guardian may enter details about their own child. A coach may only enter details about a player they genuinely coach, and must have the parent or guardian's permission to do so.
Where a parent shares a child with a coach, the parent can withdraw that sharing at any time, and the coach must stop using the shared details once it is withdrawn.
Subscriptions, free trial and billing
JuniorCourt Advisor Premium costs $14.99 per month or $149 per year in Australian dollars, and includes a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan is charged automatically and then renews each month or year until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Prices may change, and we will give you reasonable notice before any change applies to your subscription.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Accredited coaches who verify their My Tennis ID receive Premium free of charge while their verification remains valid.
Refunds
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for its purpose, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.
Outside those guarantees, subscription fees are generally not refundable for a change of mind, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for part of a billing period. Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method.
Gear recommendations are guidance, not professional advice
The racquet, string and tension recommendations, sizing guidance and skill-level assessments in the app are general guidance for Australian junior players, generated from the information you provide and our own product data.
They are not medical, physiotherapy or professional coaching advice. They do not replace the judgement of a qualified coach, stringer or health professional who has seen the player hit.
Gear specifications and prices are gathered from public sources and can change without notice, so always confirm details with the retailer before buying.
Tournament alerts and third-party information
Tournament alerts are compiled from publicly available Tennis Australia and event information and are provided as a convenience only. Entry dates, age groups and event details can change, and we cannot guarantee that an alert is complete, current or accurate.
Always confirm entry details with the tournament organiser or Tennis Australia. Missing an entry deadline does not give rise to a claim against us.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to enter information about a child without their parent or guardian's permission, to impersonate another person, or to misrepresent your coaching credentials.
Do not attempt to access another user's records, disrupt or overload the service, scrape it in bulk, or copy its content for a competing product.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm a child or another person.
Your content and our content
You keep ownership of the records and notes you enter. You give us permission to store, process and display that content solely to run the service for you.
The app itself, including its recommendation logic, written content, design and branding, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may modify, add or retire features, and may suspend the service for maintenance.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your records.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from gear you buy, coaching decisions you make, or a tournament entry you miss based on information in the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, including children's information, and how it is used and protected. It forms part of these terms.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date at the top and notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
